Disclaimer of Products

Jabula herbal products and some other products sold by Jabula Formulations are not evaluated by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) and are not intended to prevent or cure or diagnose any form of illness or disease.

Pregnant and nursing person taking any medication or have a medical condition are advised to consult their Healthcare Practitioner prior to consumption of Jabula Herbal products.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Jabula Formulations late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Items Not Eligible For Returns

Products that have been altered from their original or opened by authorized personnel without permission.

The item sold in undamaged package in good condition.

Products damaged due to misuse

Note:

• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original form of payment

• Certain items cannot be exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons

• Gift vouchers cannot be refunded

Defective goods can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase if:

• You have the original till slip

Note:

• You will have the choice to have returned goods repaired, replaced or refunded

• We reserve the right to send returned products for further assessment

Please note that, due to the courier costs on our side, we are unfortunately unable to refund the R55 delivery fee should you choose to cancel your order.
